We are in a culture sustained by the fact that there are technical fixes for all our ills.
This is a project exploring multi-species Ecojustice and relationship repair - a foundation for opening up dialogue about robotics’ role in proposing alternative social futures.
Robot technology is entangled with care laboring and we want to show what we have learned about the robots while introducing kinship towards one another, perhaps making aware, the invisibility of the robots labor. Kinship expands human care and affection to all life.

In this research into robotics we ask questions about social robots role amongst individuals. Using Donna Harroways terminology of “making kin, not babies” to stretch our care categories to diverse humans and “critters”.
